Trevor Neill

CPA, Shareholder

Trevor joined Soukup, Bush & Associates in July of 2018 and became a Shareholder in January 2025. Originally from Nebraska, he graduated with High Distinction from Hastings College in May of 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. While attending Hastings College, he was also a member of the Hastings College baseball team.

Trevor works in the firm’s tax practice with a focus on the real estate industry. This includes real estate investors, real estate developers and homebuilders. He also helps manage the firm’s cost segregation studies. In addition to the real estate industry, Trevor works operating entities in several different industries and high net worth individuals.

In his free time, Trevor enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindy, and their three children, Avery, Nolan and Tate. He is a board member for the Fort Collins Baseball Club, and enjoys playing golf.
