Toby Clary

CPA, CVA, Shareholder

Toby has been a member of the Soukup, Bush & Associates team since 2007 and a shareholder since 2014. He specializes in tax advisory services with an emphasis on health care and real estate. He is currently a member of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants, the president of the Northern Chapter of the Colorado Society of CPAs, on the audit committee of the Colorado Society of CPAs, the treasurer for the North Forty, as well as serving on the CSU Accounting Advisory Committee. In addition, annually he teaches an eight-hour tax continuing education course for other CPAs throughout the state of Colorado providing updates on tax law changes and planning opportunities. He formerly was a Director for the Colorado Society of CPAs as well as a member of the Intuit Proconnect Tax Advisory Council. Previously, Toby was the recipient of the Colorado Society of CPAs Everyday Heroes award as well as the 2016 Community Service Award winner for the 40 under Forty for his commitment and passion for giving back to his community.

When not working or volunteering you can find Toby either skiing, camping, hiking, or paddle boarding with his partner-in-crime Jill, his son Miles, daughter Magnolia, and dog Winnie or on one of his many bikes (road, mountain, gravel, fixie, cruiser) getting ready for his next long ride. He has ridden the Copper Triangle, Triple Bypass, Tour of Steamboat, Iron Horse Classic, FoCo Fondo, and the Tour of Moab to name a few!
