Skylar is a Tax Manager who has spent the last several years getting to know clients and helping them navigate everything from individual and corporate returns to partnership and multi-state tax matters. Since joining the firm in July 2022, Skylar brings years of public accounting experience to the table, along with a genuine enjoyment of untangling complex tax questions and finding the right answer for each client.
A graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting and a minor in Communications, Skylar pairs solid technical know-how with a friendly, approachable style. He believes good tax advice should be clear, not confusing. Now working remotely from West Virginia, he stays closely connected with the firm’s clients, offering the same responsive, personal service Soukup, Bush & Associates is known for.
