Nicole M. Bristow

Nicole is a shareholder with Soukup, Bush & Associates P.C. as of January 2023, and joined the firm in August of 2013. She has been a licensed CPA in Colorado since 2003. Nicole’s expertise includes detailed tax planning, compliance, 1031 exchanges, estates, and trusts. She has a vast knowledge of tax law and has the ability to research and interpret tax law to benefit her clients. She enjoys working alongside business owners and individuals to assist with tax planning and estate planning.

Prior to joining the Soukup, Bush & Associates team, she was an associate with a local CPA firm in Loveland, Colorado for ten years, where she enjoyed assisting clients with tax preparation, tax planning, consultation, and various accounting services.

Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in accounting from Regis University in 2000 with Cum Laude Honors. She is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs and Colorado Society of CPAs.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys teaching cardio and strength training classes at local gyms. You can also find her in the mountains camping, mountain biking, hiking, and snowboarding. She enjoys spending time doing all these activities with her husband, Nick, daughter, Tana, and stepsons, Bentlee and Jack.
