CHANGE TO ESTIMATED TAX PAYMENT ADDRESS

 

We are reaching out with an important update regarding where to send your quarterly estimated payments.

For Colorado residents who are mailing their quarterly estimated payments, the IRS has recently updated their ES payments address to the following:

Internal Revenue Service

P.O. Box 1300

Charlotte, NC 28201-1300

Please be aware that this IRS address update may have been made after we provided you with your 2025 Form 1040-ES payment vouchers. If this is the case, your vouchers will still list the old Cincinnati address. Going forward, please mail your quarterly estimated payments to the Charlotte, North Carolina address listed above.

Also please note the option to make payments online at this link continues to be a great option.
