July 2024 – Introducing SBA South Office Location

INTRODUCING SBA SOUTH

 

As our team here at Soukup, Bush & Associates has grown, we are excited to announce some changes to our office location. Starting this year, we have acquired a second office space just south of our main office building. We have named this second office “Soukup, Bush & Associates – South”.

With this new office space in place, we have had the opportunity to move one of our partners and some of our team members to this new location. Below is the list of those who have moved to our South office:

– Toby Clary (shareholder)

– Morgan Krause (Toby’s administrative assistant)

– Grace Kucza (senior manager)

– Kendra Riehl (senior associate)

– Carson Moritz (associate)

– Jeremy Reiser (associate)

In this announcement, we share directions for where our South office is located in relation to the main office building.

 

LOCATION

Our new office location is in the building that is just to the south of the main office building.

The address for our new office is
2038 Caribou Drive, Suite 200, Fort Collins, CO 80525

 

HOW TO FIND THE SECOND OFFICE

To best provide directions to our South office, we have included photos and descriptions below to help ease any confusion as we grow into our South office.

In the first photo below, you will see two buildings. The one on the left is the main Soukup, Bush & Associates building. The one on the right is the building where our South office is located.

In the second photo below, you will see the front of the building our new office space is in. The main door to the building is located on the north side (the side visible in the photo) of the building.

In the third photo below, you can see that once you enter the building, you can either take the elevator or the stairs to your right – our office space is on the second floor. 

Once you get to the second floor, you will see two offices to your right. Our office has the Soukup, Bush & Associates sign above the door. The door will be open during office hours, so you will be able to see Morgan (Toby’s administrative assistant) at the front desk as you come in.
