Marissa A. Castaneda

Marissa joined Soukup, Bush & Associates as an intern in May 2023 and transitioned into a full-time associate role in August 2025. She supports the firm’s tax team by preparing individual and business tax returns.

Originally from Loveland, Colorado, Marissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado in May 2024. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting Analytics, with anticipated graduation in December 2025.

Outside of the office, Marissa enjoys reading, singing, spending time with her family and cats, and connecting with friends.
